POSITION SUMMARY
Computer Plug is looking for driven, passionate Inside Sales professionals who are ‘sales hungry’ and who can exploit their exceptional sales skills with effective and successful results. The role will focus on a combination of maintaining our existing customers and using outbound calls to develop solid new business relationships. A strong preference will be given to applicants with sales experience.
The successful applicants will work with one other salesperson in a fun, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth opportunity. This position also affords an opportunity to pursue a career in outside sales, with a great deal of untouched territory available.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify potential customers and develop a plan to reach them.
- Generate interest in target market through outbound calls and emails.
- Up-sell to existing customers by uncovering new opportunities and buying centres within existing accounts
- Ongoing prospecting.
- Effectively handle inbound customer communication.
- Meet monthly productivity goals – Includes call quotas, quality service metrics, team performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completion of post secondary education.
- Sales experience would be an asset.
- Experience with personal computers and related technical knowledge.
- Superior organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills written and verbal.
- Ability to self-motivate is critical.
- Probing, negotiating, closing sales.
- Experience in Retail Computer Industry environment ideal.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, electronic circuitry and electrical equipment such as copper and fiber optics and data network products.
- Understanding of security products and systems.
- Knowledge of communication, security and IP based infrastructure.
- Bilingual (French and English) would be an asset.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Update content on ecommerce website
- Manage social media accounts (Twitter, Facebook, etc)
- Report on Google Analytics weekly
- Design advertising & print media
- Responsible for social media ad budgets
- Monitor and acknowledge customer interaction
